Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact; for supplements, the inner seal must remain unbroken.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
